Any individuals higher than 6 need permission from the host prior and it is a $100 fee for any additional unauthorized guests/visitors. PETS - Pets are not allowed: Per the Condo Association pets are not allowed and animals of any type require condo assoc approval. Finally, our insurance does not cover animals, guests with such waiver requests would have to purchase liability insurance with 1M coverage covering the address for their stay and provide evidence prior to check-in. Additionally, the condo association has security cameras monitoring the outdoor community pool and dumpster area. Please note that other unit owners may have their own cameras at their doorways. Just 140 Steps to the Pool! The community pool is conveniently located just a short walk away and is shared with fellow residents of the condo association. Great beaches to visit in the area: Sanibel, Captiva, Marco Island, Ft. Myers; Bowman's Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Little Hickory Beach, Barefoot Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Bonita Beach, Cayo Costa Beach, Boca Grande, Siesta Key, Bunche Beach, Naples Beaches, Cape Coral Yacht Club River Beach and More..... "This is by far and wide the best place I’ve stayed with on Airbnb. They thought of everything. Coolers? Check. Bikes? Check. Anything you could want for your morning coffee? Check. Which remote goes to which device? Labeled. Beds super comfy? Absolutely. Communication was fantastic. Space was perfect for our family of 4 and honestly, would work for a larger family as well. So much to do in close proximity. We would come here again in a heartbeat! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo and community shared pool - excluding the cleaner's storage closet inside the condo and storage in the garage. Parking is available in front of the garage for one space and guest spots are adjacent to each building. Other things to note The community pool is conveniently located 140 steps from the unit.
